Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, anytime. Life changes — your cadence can too. No re-enrollment, no penalty.
What happens if I need an extra visit?
Every tier has buffer built in. If you genuinely need more, we flex. We've never sent a man home because he used an extra hour.
Can I pause if I travel or take time off?
Talk to us before you go. Programs are annual and billed monthly, so some months a payment runs and you don't come in — that's by design. If you'll be gone a while, tell us and we'll work with you on timing.
Are there long-term contracts?
Programs are annual, billed monthly, and renew each year — but you can cancel anytime with thirty days' notice. No cancellation fee, no penalty. We'd rather earn you back every month than trap you.
What if I'm not sure this is right for me?
