These terms cover your use of monarch.hair and your dealings with Monarch Vitality LLC (“Monarch”). If you become a client, the Client Service Agreement you sign governs your program; where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.
Consultations are free and carry no obligation. We'll give you our honest read on whether Monarch is a fit. Program pricing is discussed at the consultation, not before.
Monarch programs are annual and billed in twelve monthly installments, charged on the first of each month. Programs renew automatically for successive one-year terms. You may cancel at any time with thirty days' written notice; there is no cancellation fee. New clients pay a one-time Month One Fee that covers the first custom system, consultation, and fitting. Full terms, including what each program includes, are set out in the Client Service Agreement.
By opting in to text messages from Monarch, you agree to receive messages about your consultation, appointments, orders, and account at the mobile number you provide. Messages may be automated. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; reply HELP for assistance, or contact hello@monarch.hair. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Everything on this site — text, photos, logos, the Monarch name and mark — belongs to Monarch Vitality LLC or is used with permission. Before-and-after photos are of real clients who consented to their use. Results vary; nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Monarch provides non-surgical hair replacement services. We are not a medical provider and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a scalp condition or health concern, see a physician.
To the extent permitted by law, Monarch's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, and excludes indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
